Polyneuropathy

At the Erasmus MC, doctors and researchers from the departments of Neurology, Immunology, Epidemiology and Public Health conduct a lot of research in the field of polyneuropathy. New treatments have been successfully developed for various forms of polyneuropathy. But the treatments need to improve further. To this end, the research group conducts leading national and international research.

Erasmus MC is a national expertise centre for the treatment and research into Polyneuropathy.
There is intensive collaboration with various centres around the world. The centre is part of the European Reference Network (ERN) and is a GBS/CIDP International Centre of Excellence.
